Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Custom-made or customized furniture items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share order details along with photos/videos of the issue

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • The refund may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account

Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same item, or
  • A partial or full refund, based on the condition

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Products returned without original packaging

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • In case of approved returns due to our error, return shipping may be covered by us

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be accepted
