Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
Custom-made or customized furniture items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Refund Process
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- The refund may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account
Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same item, or
- A partial or full refund, based on the condition
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order furniture
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Products returned without original packaging
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- In case of approved returns due to our error, return shipping may be covered by us
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be accepted
