Eligibility for Returns

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

Customized or made-to-order furniture items are non-returnable, unless they are damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Items without original packaging or after the allowed time period

Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • In case of approved return/exchange due to our error, we may cover return shipping

Refund (If Applicable)

  • If a return is approved and replacement is not available, a refund will be issued
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect
